1.  How can I proceed product registration & datafile activation?

After you purchased MYOB and installed it, you've to register your product before you can activate the datafile by taking the following steps:

Register MYOB Product:

> Go to www.myob.com.hk, click 'Registration/ Activation', fill in the Register Online Form in English

> Press Submit and MYOB will notify you registration success via email after 1 business day.

> You can activate your datafile.

Activate your Datafile:

> You have 90 days allowance before activating your datafile (after 90 days, no entry is allowed)

> Choose Option 1: Activate Online or Option 2: Activate by Phone

> Activate Online: Enter 12 digit serial no. and press 'Continue'

> Activate by Phone: Mark down the Company File number. Call Australia hotline 61 (3) 9222 9796 and enter the Company File number and your Serial number. Obtain the Confirmation Code and input it into MYOB.

3. How can I activate User License in MYOB?

After you've purchased additional User License from us, you have to activate this license in your MYOB system by taking the following steps:

> Adminstrator to open MYOB and datafile (any one of the datafile)

> In the Menu, select Setup / About Company / Security (index page), click "User License" button on the left hand bottom (next to Help)

> Note the Total no. of Workstation before clicking User License

> After clicking User License, click Enable Online.  You will notice Total no. of Workstation has been increased.
