a. Phone Support on MYOB Application

In responsive to customer's daily MYOB operation needs, customer can call our service hotline during service hours for MYOB application enquiries.

Service hours: Mon-Fri (9am-1pm; 2-5pm) exclude public holidays

b. Remote/ On-site Technical Support

Casued by failure in mis-entries, computer/network connection or misuse of MYOB system, MYOB prompts errors or MYOB datafile becomes abnormal.  Remote or on-site support is provided to resolve customer problems (includes TurboWare related support).

(Items may incur extra charges:  hardware or software enhancement; repairing that incur administrative charge by MYOB)

c. 10% off for MYOB Upgrade (exclude AccountEdge)

Yearly Fee: HK$ 2,899

Service Include:

• Call for MYOB application enquiries during our service hours (unlimited)
• 4 times of remote support or 2 times of onsite support to resolve MYOB problem

• Financial Year/ Start & Closing Month
• Chart of Account
• Opening Balances
• System/ Operaton Setting (e.g. user authority)

Form Customisation:

• Customise forms required by customer (Invoice, Quotation, Purchase Order etc)

Data Import to MYOB System:

• Import data (e.g. chart of account, customer/ supplier details) to MYOB System

TuboWare allows multi-user access to one PC for MYOB operation and speeds up data retrieval in MYOB.

(Item may incur extra charge: hardware/ software enhancement to support installation of TurboWare) 

2 Users: HK$3,000

3 Users: HK$4,000

4 Users: HK$5,000

5 Users: HK$6,000

Additional User Up: HK$650

Above charge include on-site installation & 30 days remote /onsite support

MYOB programme and datafile are hosted in Data Centre of Hong Kong, customer shall access MYOB anywhere and anytime.

Remark: Customer can also access MYOB anywhere and anytime via Server with MYOB programme and datafile hosted in their premises.

Monthly Fee HK$700 @ User
